Welcome to the tiny magical world of the
Burien Little Art Museum
About the BLAM
The Burien Little Art Museum (BLAM) is a free art exhibit nested in the Shorewood neighborhood of Burien, Washington. The mission is to make art accessible to all— from passers-by to those on their daily walks. The museum features rotating artwork from local artists from near and far of all skill levels and mediums. If it fits in the gallery, it can be shown!

There is currently no specific theme at the museum, just the creations that speak to the hearts of the artist who are showing their work now. With that said, the museum tends to get spooky during the fall season!

I (Sahily) am a self-proclaimed compulsive creator. I am also a maker and admirer of art. I believe that art is an integral part of human expression and emotion. After seeing my friend and artist, Kristina Eng, create a little art gallery, I. knew I wanted to be able to share art with my neighborhood with a similar concept of bringing free art to Burien, Washington.

Artists of all ages, skill levels, species (yes, you can submit your dog’s art!), and mediums are invited to share their art at the Burien Little Art Museum. The artwork must be small enough to fit inside the museum. If you decide to display your art, it will be returned to you after the exhibit showing ends. Please note, this is a public art display and I cannot guarantee that it will not be damaged or stolen (People suck sometimes, ya know?).
